Free Sam’s Club Memberships

Thanks to a generous donation, North Hills Community Outreach is offering free new Sam’s Club memberships to eligible clients. This opportunity is available for new memberships only and is limited in quantity.

Individuals must use NHCO services. Please complete this form to sign up no later than Thursday, January 8, 2026.  NHCO will contact you when your membership card arrives or with the next steps.
